Refund policy

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges.


We have a 7-day return policy for all regular-priced purchases.  To start a return, you can contact us at girlsparkboutique@gmail.com.  We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your return is accepted, a store credit or items exchange will be processed.  You will be emailed a unique coupon code with your credit to be used on a future purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All sales are final for on sale merchandise. No exchanges or store credits on sale items. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color option, or a different item altogether, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item using the prepaid label sent to you once the return is accepted.  Quantities of items are limited, so to ensure you receive the item you want, please make a separate purchase for the new item and you will be credited, in the same manner you originally paid, once your return is received 

Refunds
No cash/credit card refunds will be processed.  Store credit will be issued and a unique coupon code will be emailed to you to use on a future purchase.
